| Motorcycle Friendly Campgrounds The following is a list of motorcycle friendly campgrounds across the country. This list was originally compiled by Rob Parker and forwarded to me to post here. If you know of a good place to camp that is motorcycle/biker friendly, please feel free to forward their info to me. I need the following info: name of said campground, complete address, phone numbers, directions, email and web addresses if possible, and who the person to contact is. You should include any special comments/important info you'd like to add such as open season, nearby points of interest, quality and type of roads, and what type if any events are held there/nearby. If you don't want to be credited for your contribution to this compilation, then let me know when you send me your email. Note: Due to their volatile nature, prices/rates are not and will not be listed here, contact the resort for that information. Camping, Cabins, Lodge, meals, showers, pool, firewood, ice, excellent scenery, ramp for loading/unloading bikes from trucks/trailers, large parking area, great roads (getting there is half the fun), plenty of other good stuff (to much to mention). If you are staying, they allow you to run a tab and pay it all off at checkout time. All charges are on the honor system, please be honorable and do the right thing so that we may continue to enjoy that privilege. Beware of Sloping Gravel Driveway, must be riding or towing a motorcycle to get onto the resort grounds, cabins are at a location @ 1 mile from main grounds. SME 6.0 was held here, those of us who were there had nothing but high remarks for the resort and staff.
