Hmm...

...You must have a question about...

well now, lemme see...

must have a questionable message, I can tell you now, it's most likely a hoax. But feel free to take a look and see for sure.

I have compiled a list of sites that are dedicated to hoaxes.

Most of these sites have search engines that you can use. Just type in a keyword like "aids", or "bill 602p" or "lsd" or, well, you get the idea.

There have been a number of viruses that made the news lately, these have been very real, but most of the emails you get regarding malicious bugs are malicious rumors and deserve to be treated as such, file 13 'em.

McAfee has a very accurate and informative list. This includes information on gag programs that are just that, but they will startle you if you don't know. They also explain viruses and other computer related stuff. If you have a pc, this page should be in your bookmarks.

Then there is F-Secure Corporation, they were formerly known as Data Fellows. They also have very accurate, up-to-date info. Like McAfee, they specialize in computer related bugs.

The rest of these links contain info on urban legends and hoaxes. Some of the stuff you see is real, some of it is well, garbage. Just use the search feature, include a keyword, and see where you go.

Snopes has really fantastic information regarding all types of stories and tall tales. Is it fact or fiction? Snopes tells all, and entertains too. You should recognize the background music as "I Heard it Through the Grapevine".

Looking for some other sources of info? Check out Urban Legends. They should have the dirt you seek. Urban Legends is tied directly to Snopes, so you probably won't find much of anything new there.

Have a different question? Don't look at me, Ask Jeeves! He should be able to find the information you want. He'll even do it without confusing you with myriads of links that may or may not be related to your question. When Jeeves comes up, just type your question in the box and click ask. He will give you a few quick answers,  but don't stop there! If you scroll further down the page, you will find several pull down menus, be sure to check each item listed in each menu, Jeeves probably gave you several different answers to your question, and one of them is bound to have just what you wanted. Be sure to type it as a question, punctuation and capitalization don't matter.
